  • We charge $40 per guest for a full-service open bar for four hours.

  • Yes! We have an in-house graphic designer who creates our menus, and can work directly with you to create a menu to match your event theme and signage.

  • Yes, we can provide servers or tray pass staff for your event for n additional fee. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your guests receive exceptional service throughout.

  • Of course! Our clients' privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to us, and our staff is more than willing to sign an NDA. Just let us know your requirements, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.

  • Yes, we are insured with general and liquor liability insurance.

COCKTAIL QUESTIONS

  • Yes, you can definitely change the names of the cocktails for your event. We’re happy to personalize the cocktail menu to reflect your preferences.


  • If there’s a specific cocktail you want that isn’t on our menu, just let us know! We’re happy to accommodate special requests for your event.

  • Yes, please feel free to browse our mocktail menu. We also provide various sodas, juices, and water in our standard package.

  • While Champagne is not included in our standard package, we are able to provide Champagne for an additional fee.

PRICING QUESTIONS

  • We charge $40 per guest for a full-service open bar for four hours.

  • Yes, due to our fixes costs, we do require a minimum charge of $1500.

  • Absolutely not! We charge $40 per guest regardless of what type of event you are hosting.

  • We typically book our services for a minimum of 4 hours. While we can accommodate shorter time frames for your event, our pricing remains consistent due to our fixed costs and rigorous preparation processes.

  • Absolutely! We are more than happy to stay at your event for additional hours. Please feel free to contact us to inquire about our additional hour fee.

  • You definitely want to include all your guests in the final count, including those who don't drink. We'll make sure to provide a range of options including mocktails, sodas, juices, ice, and more to accommodate everyone's preferences.

DRINKWARE QUESTIONS

  • We do! We provide hard plastic cups, along with straws and napkins.

  • Yes, for an additional fee, we can provide glassware and a staff member to handle bussing.

  • Absolutely! If you choose to provide your own glassware, we can arrange to bring an additional Rove Cocktails team member to bus the glasses for an additional fee, or you could hire a staff member to tend to the glasses during the event.

LOGISTICAL QUESTIONS

  • Yes, we've designed our bars specifically to meet our unique needs, and to provide you with optimal service!

  • No, we require a specific setup tailored for our services.

  • We require a minimum space of 7 feet by 7 feet on a flat surface.

  • We begin setup approximately 2-3 hours prior to your event's start time to ensure everything is prepared perfectly.

  • Absolutely, you won't even notice we were there as we take care of all cleanup.

  • The bar is operational for 4 hours initially, with options to extend for an additional fee. As your event nears its end, your on-site Rove Cocktails point of contact will check in with you or your event planner. Final call will be announced 15 minutes before your event's conclusion. Post-service, our breakdown and cleaning processes commence promptly.

  • We recommend booking as soon as possible. However, don't hesitate to inquire about last-minute bookings, and we will do our best to accommodate.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS

  • Our preferred method of payment is via Zelle, however we do also accept checks and cash.

  • Yes, upon booking we do require a non-refundable 25% deposit in order to reserve your date.

  • Final payment is due two weeks prior to your event. We'll confirm the exact timing when you book our services.

  • We do! You will receive an invoice upon booking.

  • We understand, and we can certainly ensure that no tip jars are set up at your event. Please note that we do include a gratuity fee in our pricing structure to fairly compensate our staff for their exceptional service.

  • Our cancellation policy allows for cancellations up to two weeks before your event, with your deposit being non-refundable. If you cancel after making the final payment, unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds. However, we can accommodate rescheduling your event to another available date if notified within 5 days of the event.

  • We can arrange to reschedule your event for another available date if you notify us within 5 days of the event.

  • If inclement weather arises, we do require a space that is either indoors or tented.
